Challenge
Elinnovation runs multiple parallel activities under one umbrella: Internal operations Client-specific projects Campaigns and experimental initiatives Each activity needed its own structure and controls, but in practice this created several pain points: Scattered access across tools and accounts Different activities were handled through separate wallets, exchange logins, and ad-hoc spreadsheets. It was hard to get a single, reliable view of balances and movements. Unstructured approvals and signatures Approvals were often coordinated via chat or email, making it difficult to enforce a consistent policy or reconstruct who signed what and under which rules. Scaling the finance team safely As more people got involved, sharing access without sharing private keys or generic passwords became a bottleneck. Swaps and rebalancing across assets Managing volatility and rebalancing between stablecoins and volatile assets required manual swaps through external venues, with limited auditability. Elinnovation needed a self-custodial treasury layer where they could: Run multiple activities as separate organizations, all accessible via one login. Enforce a clear, predictable policy and signature structure for every transaction. Onboard and manage the entire finance team with role-based permissions that match their responsibilities. Swap between assets from within the same workspace. Use whitelisted contacts to make payouts safer and reduce address-handling errors.
Solution
Goodwell implemented Lumis with automated data validation rules and pre-built templates for regulatory reporting requirements. The system pulls data directly from source systems with built-in reconciliation checks, eliminating manual spreadsheet work and catching inconsistencies before reports are filed.
For Elinnovation, inabit Treasury became the operating system for their Web3 treasury—a place where multi-organization structure, policy-driven governance, and daily finance operations all come together under one secure login.
Achieved Results
With inabit Treasury, Elinnovation turned a growing, multi-activity Web3 operation into a structured, policy-driven treasury environment:
Unified access, clean separation
Multiple activities now run as distinct organizations with their own rules and reporting, while users can be either org-specific or cross-org, all managed through a single login and organization switcher.Governance by design, not by habit
Approvals are enforced by policies, signature structures, and role assignments instead of improvised processes, making internal reviews and audits much easier.A scalable finance team model
Elinnovation can safely involve more people in day-to-day treasury work, Editors to prepare, Signers and Admins to approve- without giving anyone unnecessary power over keys or funds.Simplified swaps and rebalancing
Asset conversions are handled within the treasury platform, keeping strategy, execution, and records together.
Lower operational risk on payouts Whitelisted contacts and consistent policies significantly reduce the chance of sending funds to the wrong address or an unverified counterparty.
